A truly unique class, integrated with the special touch of my Craniosacral Therapy hands. A peaceful, grounding and enlightening experience in a lovingly prepared setting.


Absolutely everybody is welcome and there is no need for any kind of yoga or fitness experience necessary.

My classes are light hearted and often with a big 'wink', despite still being able to reach deeper levels in the process.

In general Yin Yoga involves "hanging out" in poses for longer (3-5 minutes), usually sitting or lying down.

Why? So you can go deeper; deeper into your body, beyond just stretching your muscles for the ultimate physical and emotional release of tension (they're connected you know!).

In my 60 minute class we practice this slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points.

What makes 'Bar's Craniosacral Yin' unique is that I incorporate Craniosacral Therapy into the poses. So, whilst you are in a pose, I am able to read the body and place my hands on your sacrum (lower back), cranium (head) or other areas such as shoulders, feet, chest that I intuitively feel might be open to release some tension. This enhances the softening and opening effect of your whole psyche.
