Hello! I'm Bar and I wish you the warmest welcome to my website!

I offer (Yin) Yoga and/or Craniosacral Therapy in the comfort of your own home; lovingly personalised to you (and your friends) whilst creating a lasting serene vibe in your surroundings.
If you prefer a change of scene I also cater for private or small groups at my own home sanctuary.

Together with my little family of four, I have recently moved back to Holland after four and a half years in Manila, The Philippines; the birthplace of both my children. After taking the much needed time to land in our new home in Laren, I am so excited to share the love, energy and wisdom from this exploding heart of mine! Before moving to Manila, I was living and teaching in Amsterdam since 2014 and also taught in Dubai and Bali after becoming certified in 2013.
Now as the lucky mother of 2, I have merged into the world of helping others nurture their physical and emotional journeys through both yoga and Energetic Healing (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy) like never before.
I believe combining these two arts creates a hugely profound level of nourishment for body and mind whilst on the mat, but also with lasting progress off the mat afterwards.
Why do you need it? Because our Western society sadly denies us the 'me time' our bodies need to recuperate from day to day life, as well as stress, illness, traumas, grief and emotional blockages.

You have to see and smell it here to truly FEEL the vibe which I like to call my Yogi Bar experiences! And when you do, you'll realise how my mindful yet light-hearted, loving and especially healing way of teaching is so real and beneficial.
